We offer flower delivery across Thornlie, WA, and surrounding suburbs. For locations outside our standard delivery area, please contact us before placing an order.
Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 1:00 PM (AWST) on weekdays and 11:00 AM on Saturdays.
Orders placed after the cut-off time will be delivered the next business day.
We do not offer regular Sunday or public holiday delivery unless for special occasions (e.g., Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day).
We deliver during standard business hours, typically between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Specific time requests can be noted, but exact delivery times are not guaranteed due to routing and traffic.
Delivery fees vary based on the recipient's location and are calculated at checkout.
Free delivery may apply for select areas or promotions — please check current offers on our website.
If the recipient is not home:
Our driver will leave the flowers in a safe, shaded spot.
If there is no safe place to leave the flowers, a calling card will be left, and re-delivery may incur an additional charge.
Please ensure all delivery details (name, address, phone number) are accurate. Thornlie Florist is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.
