Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns on fresh flower arrangements. However, if you are not satisfied with the quality or condition of your flowers upon delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
We may offer a replacement or refund if:
The flowers arrive wilted, damaged, or not as described.
There was a mistake in the item delivered (e.g., wrong product or color).
Please note:
Photos of the flowers may be required for quality review.
Flowers must be kept in water and in a cool location until the issue is resolved.
Non-perishable items such as vases, gifts, or accessories may be eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of purchase, provided they are:
Unused and in original condition.
Accompanied by the original receipt.
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty or sent in error.
Orders cancelled 24 hours before the scheduled delivery may be eligible for a full refund.
Orders cancelled less than 24 hours before delivery may incur a cancellation fee or be non-refundable, especially for custom or large event orders.
