13. What happens if the recipient isn’t home?
If no one is available to receive the flowers, our courier will leave the item in a safe and secure location at the delivery address.
If a secure spot isn’t available, we’ll leave a “not at home” card in the recipient’s letterbox with instructions on how to arrange redelivery or collection.
